Visa Requirements - Entering Germany
Participants are advised to make their own arrangements with respect to entering Germany.
Some nationalities will need to organise visas prior to travelling. For further information on entry requirements and visas, please visit here or the website of the German Federal Foreign Office.
If you require a visa to visit Germany, please apply for it within a reasonable period of time (minimum three months ahead of the planned travel). For a letter of invitation, please contact the local organisers at earie2015@lmu.de.
The Local Organising Commitee recommends that ALL participants check the websites of the German embassy in their country prior to travel to ensure that they have all the necessary paperwork for travel.
Neither the Local Organising Commitee nor EARIE can be held responsible for and cannot refund any registration fees for participants who fail to obtain their visas prior to travel.
